Polly'S Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    half pecans
Preparation
    Cut butter and flour with pastry cutter.
    Add cheese and knead for 1 minute.
    Put in refrigerator for 2 hours to cool dough.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with small cutters.
    Add half pecans to the center of cookies.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 425\u00b0. Makes 3 dozen.
