Golden Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled (about 6 medium potatoes)
    1 (16 oz.) can diced carrots, drained or 2 c. diced carrots, cooked and drained
    milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Add carrots.
    Mash at low speed with electric mixer.
    Slowly beat in enough milk to make light.
    Stir in margarine and a little salt and pepper.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with additional margarine, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
