Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Cover oats with water.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together, then add eggs and remaining ingredients.
Bake until done at 350\u00b0.
Ice while still warm.
