Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix, cooked and crumbled
    1 jar bacon bits
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl, lay in bread, bacon bits, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
    Combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, juice and sugar. Blend well and drizzle over salad.
    Toss lightly.
