Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp cream of tartar
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp vinegar
Preparation
    Beat 6 egg whites until frothy, 1/8 tsp salt sprinkled over egg whites, add 1/8 tsp cream of tartar.
    Beat until stiff.
    Add 2 c. sugar very slowly, beating after each addition, then 1/8 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp vinegar with last addition of sugar.
