Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes (red)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (30 minutes).
    Peel and cut in small chunks. Set aside.
    Combine 1/4 cup melted butter, onion, pepper, sour cream and soup.
    Gently stir in potatoes and cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter and corn flakes.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture and bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
