Chicken Almond Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crumbs.
Spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
