Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded zucchini, cooked til tender
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Place squash in bottom of 2 1/2 qt. baking dish.
    Layer beef, cottage cheese (sprinkle oregano in cheese) and rice.
    Spread top with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 min.
    I add shredded cheese on top of casserole the last 5 min. or so, just until it browns.
