Meat Loaf Topped With Ketchup-And-Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    4 slices bacon
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    Stir together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Shape into 2 (8-inch) loaves or 1 (10-inch) loaf and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
