Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans Veg-All, drained
    1 small can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put in greased dish, 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch.
    Crush Ritz crackers and put on top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until crackers are brown and bubbly.
