Zucchini With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 slices fried bacon, crumbled
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in salted water, boiling about 8 minutes.
    Mix together next 3 ingredients and fold in egg white.
    Layer in greased casserole, 1/2 of the zucchini, egg mixture, cheese and bacon.
    Repeat.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
