Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 1/2 qt. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. celery
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown
    the meat, onion and celery.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add this to the beans, tomato juice, chili powder, sugar and
    more
    salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook about 1 hour over
    low heat.
    Mix flour with water as a thickening and add to soup, stirring constantly until thick.
