Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine margarine and brown sugar in heavy saucepan.
Cook until bubbles appear on sides of pan.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Cool 10 minutes, then stir in cream, vanilla and salt. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time unti frosting is spreadable.
