Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. soft margarine
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix pie filling and cinnamon.
Reserve.
Beat flour, sugar, milk, soft margarine, baking powder, salt and eggs.
Pour half of batter in pan.
Spoon half of apple mixture over batter.
Repeat with rest of batter and apples.
Sprinkle on brown sugar and nuts.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Drizzle with glaze topping after cool.
