Chicken Luncheon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, poached and cut into bite size pieces
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni, cooked as directed
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or one cream of mushroom and one cream of chicken)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    parsley and paprika
Preparation
    Combine soup and mayonnaise in saucepan and warm slightly.
    Add sour cream (do not boil).
    Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole with pan spray or margarine and arrange layers evenly in casserole:
