Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, sliced and cooked
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
