Jello Cheesecake(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. Jell-O (lemon, cherry, raspberry, berry blue or pineapple)*
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese (dry or small curd)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) can milk*
graham cracker crust (may be used)
Preparation

Prepare crust.
Mix Jell-O and water; let cool.
Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese well in blender.
Add cool Jell-O; blend well.
Add canned milk.
Blend at high speed.
Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Beat on high for several minutes.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish and refrigerate.
A graham cracker crust may be used for all flavors and garnish with fresh fruit.
