Cherry Pineapple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can Baker's coconut
1 box white cake mix
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
Preparation

Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain pineapple and spread over bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar over pineapple.
Spread cherry pie filling on top of pineapple and brown sugar as the next layer. Spread coconut over pie filling.
Pour the dry box of cake mix over the coconut (do not mix the cake mix; use dry).
Melt the butter and pour over the cake mix.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
