Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 6 pork chops
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in baking dish.
    Add butter, milk, salt and pepper.
    Top with pork chops, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0
    for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
    Mushroom soup may be added.
