Strawberry Pizza(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 lb. strawberries
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Preparation

Grease a large pizza pan.
Spread cookie dough over pan.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Blend together the softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla.
Add Cool Whip; mix until smooth.
Do not beat.
Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust.
