Sauerkraut And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large jar Silver Floss sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) bag egg noodles
1 lb. bacon
Preparation

Fry bacon and drain; set aside.
Rinse sauerkraut, then brown in bacon grease.
Cook noodles in chicken broth.
Layer in buttered casserole, starting with noodles, the sauerkraut and top with bacon.
Can be made ahead.
Heat thoroughly before serving.
