Hot Chocolate (Or Cocoa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend cocoa, sugar and salt.
    Make a syrup by using 2 tablespoons water.
    Add syrup to milk and heat to just below boiling point.
    Serve hot with marshmallow or whipped cream.
