Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
    1 medium onion
    1 can creamed corn
    1 jalapeno pepper (more, if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, bake in a 2 x 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 400\u00b0 until good and brown.
