Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Place half of potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with half of onion, half of cheese and half of butter, then repeat. Mix milk and flour; pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
