Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 can corn
1 1/4 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt the butter. Add flour and gradually pour in the milk. Bring to the boiling point. Add corn, seasonings, egg yolks (beaten until thick and lemon colored) and egg whites (beaten stiff and dry).
Turn into a buttered dish and bake in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
