Christmas Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cooked with skins on
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes.
    Heat soup with butter. Add sour cream and grated cheese to hot mixture and mix together.
    Add this to potatoes and onions.
    Place in buttered casserole. Top with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
