Zucchini With Garlic And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. butter
    2 to 4 cloves garlic (your taste)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
Preparation
    Wash and dry zucchini; shred each into a bowl, then put into an absorbent towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
    Heat butter until bubbly.
    Chop garlic finely; add to butter along with onion.
    Cook garlic and onion until soft.
    Add zucchini and cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
