Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water *
1 Tbsp. powdered strawberry Jell-O
1/4 tsp. almond extract
fresh grapefruit, drained
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and water; cook until clear.
Then add strawberry flavored Jell-O powder and almond extract, then cool.
Scoop out enough grapefruit (no membrane) to fill pie shell.
Drain well!
Add to mixture and put in baked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip and keep refrigerated.
