Granny'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    celery seed to liking
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (reserve enough tomato sauce for top). Mold and bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
