Rolled Mexican Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    12 crackers
    6 Tbsp. green chillies
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Fry sausage dry and pour off grease.
    Crumble it.
    Crumble the crackers and add them to sausage.
    Stir in eggs.
    Mix well and cook in a lightly oiled pan.
    Turn once.
    Cover top with cheese. Put the chopped green chilli in the center and fold in thirds. Leave in skillet until the cheese melts.
    Cut in 2-inch pieces and serve.
