Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat tomatoes with sugar.
    Saute oleo, celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Add to tomatoes with flour and vinegar.
    Let thicken; put in casserole dish.
    Add 2 slices bread (cut up).
    Stir well.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
