Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1 2/3 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. canned solid pack pumpkin
2 large eggs
1 c. pitted dates
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Stir in sugar.
Add oil, water, pumpkin and unbeaten eggs; beat at medium speed until thoroughly blended.
Stir in dates and walnuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
