Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
    2 cans hominy
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. Ranch Style dressing mix (optional)
Preparation
    Serve a creamy fruit soup for a light lunch, a brunch refresher or even a luscious dessert.
    Serve on ice to keep it really cool.
