Ingredients

2/3 c. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine peanut butter and melted butter; stir until blended.
Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour with baking powder and soda in separate bowl.
Add to the peanut butter mixture, along with milk and chocolate chips.
Stir just until well blended.
Spoon batter into 12 paper lined 2 1/2 to 3-inch muffin tins.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Yields 12 muffins.
