Holiday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    Italian dressing
    lemon pepper, A.1. sauce and Worcestershire sauce
    1 can beef broth
    cornstarch
    sour cream
Preparation
    Marinate the roast overnight in Italian dressing.
    Rub over the lemon pepper and 2 sauces.
    Put under the broiler until lightly browned on all sides about 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and pour over the broth.
    Put roast in pan on a rack and bake in 300\u00b0 oven uncovered for 10 minutes per pound.
    Remove roast from liquid; thicken gravy with cornstarch.
    Just before serving, add a couple of dabs of sour cream to the gravy.
