Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
    18 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar, then beat until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Stir in crushed crackers, vanilla and pecans.
    Put in pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with whipped cream.
