Ham And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, baked ham
2 c. hot water
2 c. ham juices
2 c. uncooked long grain rice
Preparation

Place all ingredients into a thick-bottomed pot and cover tightly.
Bring to a boil, then turn burner to low setting.
Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender and dry.
