Cajun Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. stewed tomatoes
    3 qt. chicken stock
    2 lb. boneless skinless chicken strips, cut into chunks
    flour
    vegetable oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
    3 c. deveined peeled shrimp
    1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning or to taste
Preparation
    Pure the tomatoes in a food processor. Heat the tomatoes and chicken stock in a large stockpot. Coat the chicken with flour. Brown in the oil in a skillet. Add to the tomato mixture. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Add the okra. Cook until the okra is hot. Add the shrimp. Cook for 15 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink. Stir in the Creole seasoning. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
