Pasta With Daylily Buds And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, marinated and broiled
    6 oz. oyster or shiitake mushrooms
    3 oz. porcini mushrooms, drained
    1 heaping c. daylily buds (1 1/2 to 2-inches long)
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 shallots, finely minced
    1/2 tsp. fresh chopped marjoram
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped Italian parsley
    salt and pepper
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. fresh fettuccine noodles
Preparation
    Cook pasta while preparing vegetables.
    Clean first six ounces of mushrooms with a brush or damp towel; do not rinse.
    Tear or cut into bite-size pieces.
    (If using shiitake, remove hard stems.)
