Lemon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted oleo
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Reduce heat and bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
