Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 stick oleo, melted
2 well-beaten eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put pecans on top.
Bake in Pyrex dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
