Sunshine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. applesauce
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, stir together all the cake ingredients until moist. Beat by hand for 2 minutes. Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
