Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 stick butter
    2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    garlic salt to season
    1 c. uncooked rice (converted)
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Use garlic salt to season.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Add rice and beef consomme. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cover casserole dish while baking.
