Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Durand's quick rice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/4 c. French dressing
2 dashes Tabasco
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 Tbsp. Borden salad dressing
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine rice, green pepper, onion, chicken, French dressing and Tabasco.
Toss lightly.
Chill thoroughly (overnight if possible). Cut eggs in half.
Combine yolks in small bowl with balance of ingredients.
Refill egg whites.
Arrange lettuce in salad bowl. Mound rice in center.
Arrange stuffed eggs on top.
