Spinach And Cheese Pie(Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. carton cottage cheese
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2 tablespoons flour
    10 oz. package frozen spinach
    1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs and flour in a large bowl.
    Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly.
    Fold into cheese mixture.
    Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400 - 425 for 40 - 60 minutes until top is puffy and lightly browned.
