Jackie'S Tomato Cheese Twist(Jackie Clotfelter) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. celery seed
tomato juice
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture is mealy.
Add cheese.
Stir in enough tomato juice to make a soft dough.
Knead for about 30 seconds.
Roll out about 1/2 inch thick and cut into 3 x 1/2-inch strips.
Twist the strips together and place on baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with celery seed.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
