Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. steak (1/4-inch strips)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Fry steak and soy sauce until browned.
    Stir in peppers and onions; heat until tender.
    Stir cornstarch in broth; add to meat and vegetables.
    Cook until thick.
    Serve over rice.
