Amish Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted margarine (room temperature)
    1 c. vegetable cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Combine margarine, oil and sugar and mix well.
    Add egg; beat 1 minute until well blended.
    Add vanilla in separate bowl.
    Combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Add to creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yields about 5 dozen.
