Southern Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. corn meal (white or yellow)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. water
2 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients with 1 cup of the milk.
Bring to boil and stir until thick.
Beat eggs and add to the other 1 cup of milk.
Stir into thickened mixture.
Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
