Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tea bags
    fresh mint to taste
    4 c. boiling water
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice concentrate
    8 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine tea bags and mint with boiling water in saucepan. Steep for 15 minutes.
    Strain into 1-gallon container.
    Stir in sugar until dissolved.
    Add lemon juice concentrate and cold water; mix well.
    Serve over ice with sprigs of mint.
